Get Signals on Telegram

Telegram doesn't do webhooks — instead you create your own tiny bot (two messages, no coding) and CoinLAB speaks through it.

  1. In Telegram, search for @BotFather (the official one, with a blue check) and send /newbot. It asks for a display name (anything you like), then a username — that one must be unique and end in bot, like mysignals_bot. BotFather then replies with a token like 7216549801:AAE4Xw…kY. Copy it.
  2. Open a chat with your new bot (BotFather links it) and press START. This step is required — Telegram bots can't message you until you message them first.
  3. Now grab your chat ID: search for @userinfobot, press START, and it replies with your ID — a plain number like 777000123.
  4. In CoinLAB, go to Menu → Lab → Signals+ Add signal, pick your strategy, select the TELEGRAM chip, and enter the token, a colon, then your chat ID — all one line: 7216549801:AAE4Xw…kY:777000123. Press SEND TEST — your bot should message you within seconds.
  5. Got it? Press CREATE. Done — you're live.

The token already contains one colon — that's normal. Just add another colon and your chat ID at the end. Every send is logged under PAGE → Notifications.

"chat not found" — nine times out of ten you skipped pressing START with your own bot (step 2), or the chat ID has a typo. "Unauthorized" — the token itself is wrong; recopy it from BotFather. Fix it, then SEND TEST again.

Signals are information, not orders — CoinLAB never touches your exchange account. Nothing here is financial advice.
